AVsion offers a large selection of trusted global brands. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product you have purchased from our website. This policy outlines the circumstances in which products (“goods”) supplied to a customer (“you”) by AVsion will be accepted for return.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Goods purchased from AVsion include guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

No ‘change of mind’ returns

Please choose carefully as AVsion does not accept the return of goods because you change your mind, or make a wrong decision about the goods you purchased.

Good not accepted for exchange

Subject to any obligation at law to the contrary, including under the Act, certain goods will not be accepted for exchange because of their nature, including the following:

  • gift cards.
  • special orders.

 

Information regarding repair of goods

Goods returned for repair which are capable of retaining “user-generated data” (as defined under the Act) may as a result of the repair, be subject to loss of data.

For all warranty related issues you are required to contact the manufacturers directly. AVsion will be more than happy to assist you with your warranty queries however we do not take any responsibilities related to warranty issues

Replacement

Where a replacement claim under warranty is granted, the replacement will be delivered to the customer at our expense after we have received the returned product. Where a non-warranty claim is granted the replacement will be delivered at the customer’s expense.
